Forty-one students across Westerville’s three high schools — the most among Central Ohio school districts — marked their final year in the Global Scholars Diploma program with a showcase of their Take Action projects and graduation commemoration on Thursday at Otterbein University.

Erica Beebe, a school counselor at Westerville North High School, has been recognized by the Westerville Sunrise Rotary for going above and beyond to serve students.

Westerville North High School seniors Isaac Cofie and Shira Baumann were among teens from 27 Central Ohio high schools who received the 2026 Syntero Catalyst for Positive Change Award.

Eighteen seniors at Westerville Central and Westerville South high schools signed letters of intent to play athletics in college during a signing ceremony on Wednesday.
